Tyler Albee, FNP-C, was raised right here in Sanpete County, and it remains his cherished home. He's deeply passionate about empowering his local community and building long-term, supportive relationships with his patients. Tyler holds an ADN from Snow College, a BSN from Southern Utah University, and a Master's in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner license from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. Tyler's journey into functional and holistic medicine began with a profound personal experience. During nursing school, he suffered a severe back injury and was told that surgery and a fused back were his only options — which would limit the rock climbing, mountain biking, fishing, and running he loved. Wanting to explore every avenue, he began researching alternatives. By viewing his body as an interconnected whole and using the practices of holistic health and functional medicine, he healed his back naturally and returned to his active lifestyle. Today he uses that same framework to help patients get to the root of their illnesses in a supportive, relational environment. Contact Us ## Let's start a conversation.
