Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Beehive Health regarding your use of beehivehealthy.com and any related digital services we operate (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or interfere with its operation
- Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any person or organization
- Scrape, mirror, or harvest content without our written permission
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code that could damage the Site or other users
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
Informational content, not medical advice
All content on the Site — articles, service pages, FAQs, downloadable resources, and chat assistant responses — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified clinician who knows your full history.
A provider-patient relationship is only established after you complete onboarding and are accepted into our care. Browsing the Site, filling out a contact form, or chatting with our assistant does not, by itself, create one. See our Medical Disclaimer for more.
Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos, and the Beehive Health name are owned by Beehive Health or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or building derivative works — requires our prior written consent.
User submissions & feedback
When you submit a question, form, review, or any other content to us, you grant Beehive Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for operating and improving the practice. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't contain anyone else's PHI.
We may decline, edit, or remove user submissions at our discretion.
Third-party links & services
The Site may link to or embed third-party tools (scheduling, payments, social media, mapping). We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beehive Health, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beehive Health and its team from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sanpete County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
